Why we use your information

We use limited professional contact information to send individually researched business communications about Regulation Check. We record the applicable legal basis for each recipient. Where we rely on legitimate interests, those interests are relevant, proportionate business development and are assessed before contact.

Information and source

We use professional name, role, company, business email, source URLs, jurisdiction, correspondence, and suppression status. Sources may be information provided directly, customer records, or public company and professional pages. The first email identifies the specific contact source.

Sharing and retention

We use service providers needed for hosting and email delivery. Contact us for information about providers and international-transfer safeguards. We retain outreach records while outreach is active and as needed for legal claims. A minimal suppression record may be retained to respect an objection.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or withdrawal of consent where applicable. You may object to direct marketing at any time and we will stop it. Use the opt-out link in the email or contact outreach@regulationcheck.com. EU recipients may also complain to their local data-protection authority.
